IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is no minimum order value , we accept all orders of any size and nature that we can accommodate.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Yes, this will be the cost of each item hired, plus vat and a refundable deposit.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
As soon as possible to ensure that we reserve your items and do not hire them out to someone else on your day.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
We try to accommodate all our customers requests as far as possible in this regard.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
We only have our landline and our cell number, which is not always on after hours.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
We accept cash and have a card machine, We try to encourage our customers to make eft payments, due to card fraud.
A deposit is required to secure your order and full payment of your order must be made before we release your order for collection or delivery. we do not accept cheques, due to the high risk in fraud.
